Patient Billing

Hillside Endodontics participates in a number of different insurances and payment plans. We work to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you do not see your preferred method of payment below, please contact our office so we may further assist you.

  • Cigna

  • United Concordia
  • United Healthcare

It is the patient’s responsibility to pay any balance not covered by his/her insurance.

In network plans:

For plans with which we are in network, patients must pay the estimated patient portion of the treatment, leaving a credit card on file with our office to cover any remaining balance due after your insurance has paid their portion of the claim. Please note that we will not charge anything to your credit card without first notifying you and providing the exact amount.

Out of network plans:

For these plans, patients must pay in full for treatment and receive reimbursement from the insurance company directly. However, we do charge you the amount based on your plan’s fee schedule and are happy to assist with submission of claims.

Third party financing

We also participate with the following

  • care credit
  • dental save
  • EDP

Payments/copays are required at time of service.

For your convenience we accept most major credit cards and checks.  We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
